Could anyone help what is wrong with this?

If everything was working fine before you changed the cabling, then you have an issue with the new cable.

Good luck,

Is there more alarms like code 269, 268 etc.?

Are you using TLU76? 120 ohm connector is the bottom one and co-ax is the next one up-actually written on the PCB

1. the old connection with twisted pair was through LTU-2 which becoame fault. now we're connectn' to their E1 through their digital multiplex (optical). Do they need to adjust response time?

2. apart from 300, another alarms is
CLASS: 3
271 DIGITAL TRUNK, RECEIVED ALARM FROM REMOTE END
DATE TIME ALP NOIF UNIT EQU BRDID INF1 INF2

3. my coax cable is connected to second port from bottom where it is suppose to be. Are saying that I should try to connect to a twisted pair port?

Alarm 271 means, that opposite equipment can't see your transmit. Transmit FROM this eq. to MD is OK.

Use LED for test of your transmit.

Most multiplexers have G703 type ports for E1 connection which is 120 Ohm. Try the bottom port.
