E1 Channel Associated Signaling CAS - ABCD bits question

I need to know the values that I would expect to see in the ABCD bits field when monitoring a E1 CAS circuit that is connected to a switch. Where could I get the standard that would explain this. I have looked at a number of the ITU recommendations including G.703 G.704 G.706 G.732-739 and G.769. Some of these refer to the TS16, but do not give a real good idea of the actual values, and what they would mean, that go in to those fields.<br>
