E1 Cas Configuration

Hi,
i am trying to configure an e1 controller to work with a TELCO isdn CAS for Voice signaling.

The platform is a 2650xm with cisco 12.3.11T ipvoice feature.

This is the situation:

controller E1 1/0
ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-15,17-31 type r2-digital r2-compelled
...

voice-port 1/0:0
cptone IT
bearer cap speech
...


The command DEBUG CAS doesn't appear...

Any help?????
