Can someone confirm my card connections? The PBX was moved and relocated. All soft configurations would have remained, but I can't confirm the hard connections. Does this look correct? I know it's a bit vague.

MGC-CE to ELAN switch (5520)
MGC-CT to TLAN switch (5520)

CP-PM/CS/ELAN to ELAN switch (5520)
CP-PM/CS/TLAN to TLAN switch (5520)

CP-PM/SS/ELAN to ELAN switch (5520)
CP-PM/SS/TLAN to TLAN switch (5520)

1110 and 2004 phone connected to TLAN switch (5520)

The Call Server does not need a T-LAN connection unless you are running in co-resident mode (CS and SS on same CPPM)

Everything else looks good.

That's what I had thought, but was running out of options. Thanks

E004 indicates that the MGC daughterboards are not registered with the Call Server. Make sure you have routing set-up between your e-lan and t-lan switches.

Here's what cleared up my trouble. If you refer to my cable configuration, I removed the TLAN connection on the 5520 that was going to the CP-PM/CS-TLAN and connected it directly to the 2T port on the MGC card. My error is gone and I now can call 911 and ring emergency services. Would there have been a setting in the 5520 that would have done the same?

Your MGC should be cabled:

1E to ELAN Switch
2T to TLAN Switch

CE and CT are for direct conection to CCPM CS and SS respectively.
