I do not think Rls. 23 is End of Life (EoL) in EMEA? Do you have any referencenumber for this bulletin?

I have a PB Number P-2002-1634-Global, Dated Dec 2002 that puts the EoL scheduled for Q4 1005, Retired Q3 2003. Being that this bulletin is old, and superceeds another bulletin, I was wondering if anyone had a more recent statement. What we are looking into is adding a feature (carrier remote) to software, and I was trying to do some research to see if it was still an option to do so.

You are right, the rls. 23 was retired in EMEA Q3 2003. Retired mean that you are not able to upgrade licenses or features in rls. 23. To do this you need to go for Succession 1000M Rls. 3.

Expansions are provided:
? Additional features existing on generic/release are available
? Additional users
? Replacement media and repair facilities are available

does this mean we can do minor upgrades?

(that's why I would like to see a more recent Pb)
