Hello,
our e-mail is hosted by an outside company, since yesterday, when we sent out e-mails the recipient never receives them, the e-mail is not bounced back, but it also never arrives. We can sent e-mails within our domain, i.e. everyone with an e-mail abc@mycompany.com receives them.
the outside company said, that there can't find anything there need just one e-mail what came back, bounced back, so there have an error message, but I don't have one, I don't know if I will get one. Anyone ever had an experience like that and know what could happened. We are able to receive e-mails without a problem from all the people we tried to sent e-mails.

I know it is confusing but I really need help

That could be a number of things. Can you verify that anyone outside of your company receives them? Try sending to a free mailbox, such as yahoo or hotmail, does the e-mail show up? If so, then the problem is not likely with your hosting company. You can also contact your ISP, they may have an smtp server for you to use instead.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

Thanks for your response, I tried that and sent to a Yahoo account, but it didn't worked either the e-mail never showed up.

It really sounds like a problem with your hosting company. You might follow up with your isp to at least get an alternate smtp temporarily.

Let your ISP check that your not having a blackmail list problem. Believe it or not, that happened to my company. Trough a massive amount of spoofed emails with us as "fake" sender our own ISP started to ban our mail trough there system.

Typically, the messages would bounce back if you are on a blacklist, but you might look at ,they seem to be down right now though.

Thanks for your response, it is working now, I believe my e-mail hosting company did something there don't admit it, but it is now working fine,
Again as always, you are great
