E-mail's are showing up blank

Quite often I recieve e-mails sent to me where the subject and body of the e-mail is blank. When I open my e-mail using another hard drive (I have removable hard drives) the e-mail that showed up blank, looks fine on the other hard drive. So, if I want to read e-mails that show up blank, I have to shut down, and change the hard drive. Very frustrating.

At first I thought it depended on who was sending me the e-mail, but sometimes I get e-mail from someone blank, and sometimes everything appears just fine.


I'm pretty stumped on this one.

We are experiencing this same problem. It is mostly with people using Netscape Messenger as their email client. Only some of the users get some blank emails with the attachments missing. Any ideas would be appreciated.
