E-mailing Word Document

I have a word file that is basically a simple fillable form and I want to put a Command Button at the bottom of the word file that e-mails me a copy of the Word file using Outlook after they have modified it with their info... Would like it just to do this in the background... does anyone have some base code for this? Please help!

Have a look at the SendMail method of the Document object.
