We are using Novell GroupWise 6.5.5 and it has worked before without any issues.
According to AccPac, it doesn't matter what e-mail client you use, AccPac will use the default mail client.
For some strange reason a setting has changed on the Windows 2000 Pro machine related to default mail client.
I was just told that before the Print engine error came up, it was trying to connect to Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Outlook was installed with Office XP by accident, so I completely removed Outlook from the machine.
I logged the same user under another machine running WinXP Pro and it can e-mail a purchase order perfectly.
I have tried everything to reset Novell GroupWise as the default mail client, but to no avail.
Problem solved. What happened is that Microsoft Outlook was installed on the machine(which isn't used). AccPac kept trying to use that as the default mail client instead of Groupwise.
I removed outlook completely from the machine and re-installed Groupwise.
