e-Mailing Invoices

Is there a way to e-mail SOP invoices at the time they are printed? We print our invoices one at a time. Using GP7.5.

You can only do this by using a 3rd party solution. In our case we're using Liaison Messenger which uses Symantec WinFax PRO to send faxes and emails.

You can do it in VBA.

We're using Liaison Messenger to get the individual Invoices or Batches in GP then Messenger uses Symantec WinFax PRO to send the email or fax.
