Our Approach system is used to generate quotations. This is a form with a repeating panel. Is there any way of e-mailing individual forms from Approach ?

Probably the best solution is to print the form to a file using a program that writes out the form as a .PDF file (Adobe Acrobat Reader format). You would just attach that file to an email. Then the person receiving the file can open, read, print, etc. Just about everyone has that reader, but if not, it is a free download from many sites on the Internet.

If you need a more automatic solution, MS Outlook can be "automated" from Approach to create the email, attach the attachment, and send it to an email address in the database. My friend Paul Bent has developed a program he calls OLMsg that makes all of this easy. You can find him hanging out on .
