e-mailing attachments in lotusscript

I have a form with a rich-text attachments field, a SendTo field, and a few other fields that are irrelavant. I want users to be able to click on a button that will e-mail only the attachments embedded in the rich-text field to the address specified in the SendTo field. Also, the SendTo field will typically be an internet address outside of my companie's domain
