E-Mailing a report that includes a JPEG logo embeded

I have an image on a report that is attached to a JPEG file that is embeded in a report header. When I try to send the report via the e-mail attachment icon on the tool bar in Rich Text or HTML format the text is sent but not the logo, (JPEG file).
When I use snapshot format then only the header which includes the JPEG is sent but no text from the detail section.

I would like to be able to send the entire file inclduing the header with the logo and all the text.

Help!!
