Hi there,
I have the following problem, but can't seem to find any info in the knowledge base at microsoft. I have three users/mailboxes that needs to get the same message from the same address. In other words something@somewhere.com has to go to someone1@somewhere.com & someone2@somewhere.com & someone3@somewhere.com . I tried entering the same address at all three mailboxes, however exchange tells me that the address is already used in the organisation.

Please Help!!!

Thanks

Bernard

Set the properties for something@somewhere.com to forward to the other three, and to not keep a copy in something's mailbox.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Have your email which is sent to something@somewhere.com forward to a distribution list (new one you will create) Now add the 3 users as members of the distribution list.

Alternativly, you can delete the something@somewhere.com email object and the related mail objects. Now create a distribution list with the email addrss something@somewhere.com which contains the 3 people you wish to get the mail.

The first option is easier and less messy to do. Should take all of 5 minutes to set and test it.

Claudius (What certifications??)

Thanks you guys - It works wonderfully!!!

Bernard
