E-Mail Signature with Hyperlink???

Does anyone know if it's possible to make text into a hyperlink in ImageReady? I would like to make an e-mail signature with my company logo and have my web address link to my website. I created the signature in ImageReady, but when I send an e-mail with it, the links to my e-mail address and website aren't there. But when I preview them in Safari (from ImageReady) they work.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
