I've been using Microsoft Outlook for my e-mail for the last couple of years. I have now set up Act! and wanted to set up Act! to use Microsoft Outlook to send e-mail. I used the e-mail setup Wizard and all seemed to go well until I tried to send an e-mail. It doesn't matter if I click on the e-mail icon on the nav bar or click on write then e-mail message nothing happens. From my reading a new message (window/box) is to open with the contact's "to" information already completed. I tested Microsoft Outlook on its own to ensure its working properly.
