E-mail Send/ Recieve Problems

First of- My Outlook is functioning 100% fine.
I cannot get any e-mail delievered which is sent from my outlook- however outlook sends it to the "outbox" then "sent" folder without any issues. i have tested & tested the sytem and Outlook is fine. If I send from my webmail the e-mail ALWAYS goes through. If I send from my Blackberry the e-mail always goes through.

NOW- problem #2. Certain e-mails people send me NEVER reach my server.. i dont have a spam blocker in place either. BUT if those same people send me e-mail from thier pda (i.e. blackberry, treo, etc) I get the e-mail! And this is through the same address they were using from thier outlook & webmail service! Start Logic is the Host and the problem started shortly after I switched to start logic. I really just want this damn e-mail to function properly. Does ANYONE have any ideas? I have tried so much and just cant figure it out.
I ran a DNS test at the recommendation of someone.. if you really want to be of help please take a look at that for me.. Thank you all very much
 
I tried to send an email to admin@infusionlounge.com and the server rejected it!

Chris- THank you for helping me figure this out. I have narrowed my outgoing mail problem to the network I am on (ISP). We are trying to adjust the settings to allow the SMTP through.
Still totally have no idea on why I am not receiving some e-mails (to the server.
Your test to admin@infusionlounge.com failed... hmmmm try info@infusionlounge.com if you would. Let me know if you have any other ideas & thanks again

So I can't see why you are having inbound mail issues, unless sometimes the mail server is crapping out!
