I have my little application working great, sending emails when I want to who I want, the only problem is the format. The printed report looks great, company logo on the report etc, however, none of the output formats from sendobject command output the graphic, RTF, HTML, TEXT, even tried EXCEL. Anyone have any ideas of how I can get my company logo onto the report before sending via email.

Thanks in advance.

You have two main choices when to get your logo's to show properly when sending reports via email. The first is easy and doesn't cost anything and that is the SnapShot format. It's Microsoft's answer for saving formatted reports and works very well (since RTF, XLS, HTM, DOC, etc...) all are bad at preserving format. The only caveat is that the person viewing the SnapShot need to have the free viewer program to view the reports. The SnapShot format is available via the SendObject command, and if you haven't tried it yet I would.

The other option you have is to purchase Adobe Acrobat ($350 I think) which will give you the Acrobat PDFWriter printer which allows you to print any document in a Windows program (including Access) and save it as a PDF. Then there are places on the net where you can get examples of how to write the code. One place that has the code is
