E-mail Question 1

We have a SBS 2003 box in our other office. When mail is sent to sales@mycompnay.com how do I make it so that that mail will be sent to several people???

I did this on the last SBS box I cannot remember how to do it again

You need a distribution group, assign the email address(es) to it.

In the SBS Server Manager, go to Distribution groups. In the right hand pane, you should see "Add a Distribution Group" as an option. Go through that wizard and it will allow you to both build the group and assign an email address to the group.
