e-mail problem

Recently I changed my B/B 8830 to B/B bold. Before My e-mail goes thru 8830 then outlook. Now after switch it goes outlook then after 20 minutes later to B/B bold. Alos missing some emails on B/B. I like to get email on B/B then outlook. What do I need to do. Thanks, Kamran

Are you using a BES?

Not sure. I beleive it is BES. Butaway what is BES? It should be like U.S. whatever they use. Kamran
