E-Mail on apache prob. i think

ok on the the next problem. Im trying to setup VBulletin on my web server and everything works now but e-mail (all e-mail stuff) i have read some stuff about sendmail and smtp i just dont know what to do.

My setup

OS: Windows XP Pro
Http Server: Apache,MySQL,Perl,PHP4


if anybody has any ideas let me know

Hi,

Fairly sure that uses php mail functions. Have you put an entry into your php.ini for the smtp server ?

SMTP = smtp.yourisp.com

(or IP address of your inhouse sendmail or other smtp server).
