Has anyone tried to get "regular" e-mail on a kindle? The Amazon site says that you can get Amazon.com e-mail, but what about other sources? In this particular case, it is Juno I am concerned with. I believe that Juno is what is considered "webmail". I was asked if it was possible. I did see one diagram on how to link with a Laptop. The Laptop in this case is Win 7 OS.

How do I configure Windows Mail to use my Juno account?

1. Open Windows Mail.
2. Click on Tools and select Accounts.
3. Click Add, and then click Next.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions. When asked to provide your account name and password, use your Juno ID and password.
5. When asked to provide the POP and SMTP settings, use:
POP: pop.juno.com
SMTP: authsmtp.juno.com
source: help.juno.com

and
[tt][ignore]Mail Server Addresses
Outgoing mail(SMTP) Server: authsmtp.juno.com
Incoming mail(POP3) Server: pop.juno.com
Email address: memberid@juno.com
Username: memberid@juno.com
Password: Your Juno password[/ignore][/tt]
Source: Juno.com

Hope this helps...
