E-mail notification on Backup Exec 7.0

Does anyone know how to correctly set up the e-mail notification on Backup Exec 7.0

It asks me for a e-mail profile name and password. I set up an account on my NT server for this, and then set up an e-mail account on my exchange server as well. But when I try and run it, I get this error

"The e-mail profile name an password specified must be configured for both the current logged in account and the account under which Backup Exec system services are running"

So I edited the services and made them all start up as my created account. But it still doesnt work...

Any help would be appreciated.

Install Outlook on the Backup Server, and within Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet OPtions>Programs ensure that outlook is the default client. Then bounce the server..good luck
