Hello. We had to re-install Backup Exec v.7.3 Build 2575 and everything seems to be working fine, however, I tried to setup E-mail notification. I created an Outlook profile as the same user name as the Backup Exec services, but when attempting to test it, I don't receive the test e-mail and I do not receive any errors. I am able to receive an e-mail notification per job, but not on every job. I remember about a year ago, we had a similar problem and found the appropriate fix on Verita's Web site, but I am not able to find it again. I seem to remember changing something in the Registry. I did manage to find one possible solution on their Web site, but it did not fix the problem. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? TIA!
