E Mail Merge Act 9

When I try to e mail merge my act v 9 w/ Outlook 2003 i get the error mssg "Unable to castr COM object of type'Redemption.SafeMailItemClass" to interface type .....yada yada failed due to the following error: Library not registered......

I used to be able to email merge w/o any prob....any idea how to fix?? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
