I'm running Win2k, using Internet Explorer 6.0 and Netscape 7.1 alternately. Often when registering on a web site, they require an e-mail address. When you begin completing the e-mail info, a "drop down" menu will show choices that you previously submitted.

How can you "edit" the drop down menu to remove old addresses or incorrect entries? What file holds that information?

Thanks,

Jan

just highlight your choice in the drop down menu and hit delete to delete the entry.

How simple! Surprised I didn't think to do the obvious.

I tried to right-click and delete, but that didn't show any response...hovering over the incorrect entry allowed me to press the delete key and do the job!! Thanks again.
