E Mail link - auto fill subject line ???

I have an e-mail link on my website. When anyone clicks on it, it opens up a new message box with my e-mail address as per usual. The thing I want is, as well as auto filling the "To:-" field, I would like it to auto fill the "Subject" field with my choice of words.

Can I do this ?

this isn't very friendly with components like outlook and hotmail though
