E-mail is delivered to different person than sent

Hi I have one PC/user when she sent an e-mail to a co worker it came to me, it happened now 3 times with 2 different e-mail accounts.

It's very strange, the e-mails are correct. I checked them, the user who she sent the original never received it. We do not host our own e-mail. The user has O/S - W2K professional - Office 2000, Outlook 2000 I checked her settings and there are correct. Any ideas why this could happen?

Try deleting the nickname cache on the sending machine:
