Ok, this is a weird problem but I'm hoping someone can suggest a fix or clue as to what's happening... I have an end user on a *LAPTOP* that uses MS Outlook 2003 as their e-mail client, connecting to MS Exchange Server 2003 internally. He wants to use HTML as his default e-mail format. It works fine, however when he undocks it and takes it home and accesses his e-mail thru OWA and then brings the laptop back in and re-docks it, Outlook changes his mail format from HTML to Rich Text. That wouldn't be a big deal except that he (and most everyone else up here) attach those e-mails within a 3rd party software suite and it chokes if the e-mails are in RTF, so that's why they must either use plain text or HTML format. Any ideas?
