The majority of people at my work use QuickMail as their POP3 email client. It has a feature to request a return-receipt when their email is read. When I read someone's message with Outlook, it sends back the return receipt as an enclosure (*.dat file) that is unreadable. Does anyone have any ideas how to prevent this from happening, or to make the return receipt readable? Thanks!
