E-mail distribution lists to Domino server

Hello, I was thinking what is the normal way to create e-mail distribution lists to Domino server? I mean for recepients that are not in our organisation and also lists that have menbers of our organisation and external members?

It would also be nice that if the sender is a member of group he would also get a copy.

Hi Miquel,

I cannot say this is the best way to accomplish what you are looking for but it works for me.

I have a Primary Company Address Book (Internal contacts and groups) and an External Contacts Address Book (External Internet contacts and groups) set up on my server. Within my Primary Company Address Book I have created mailing groups that contain both external and internal contacts. When you are ready to send group email simply type the group name into the To: box of your email.
