E-mail Distribution Lists Issue

The goal is send an announcement to many different contacts including secondary contacts as well. I would also like to be able to send them to everyone with a bcc function instead of cc.

Is this possible to do. I know how to make the distribution list, but it cc's everyone. I would prefer that not to happen.

You might be better to do this with a filter then using the distribution list. Just create a merge field to filter on
