For our Company I need to create a e-mail template which all have to use, it has an included image (header) and some basic labels.
For example:
*below will be centered at top off all company mail:
Header (image)
Adress info line 1
Adress info line 2
Zip, Country
Phone , Fax
E-mail, WEBurl
The prefix labels are:
will be on the left side:
To: Date:
Attn:
From:
Ref:
The example file can be found at:
I made an .html template into Frontpage 2003 for use in Outlook 2003, when using it and filling out the prefix labels and i hit an enter, it will break the layout and looks ugly, when I read an email all prefixed labels are also broken and has got a other position into the template which looks also bad.
I need help which program do i need to create the template is it Word2003 or Frontpage 2003 and how do i input labels which not get off there place when filling them out.
Any help much appreciated and for an example of how it has to look visit the url above.
Thanks
Regards, Jeffrey
