I’d like to set my e-mail to automatically respond to anyone who e-mails me with a specific message, but I don’t want to use the Out Of Office Assistant, because I want to have a very specific subject line. The message I want to send out is always the same, no matter who it’s send back to.
Now, the hard part seems to be that I want it to happen all the time, even when I don’t have Outlook open, and whichever way I try to create a rule for this, it tells me “This rule is a client-only rule, and will only process when Outlook is running”, which doesn’t work for the situation I want to use this for.
I’m using Outlook 2002 with SP3 installed, and I also have full access to the Exchange server, so if something needs to be set up there, it can be.
Any suggestions?
