e-mail at web sites

When at a web site, Iam unable to send mail at that site's e-mail address. What I get is the following:
" Cannot send mail. No mail program is set up to send mail using Internet Shortcuts."
Iam not sure what is missing, or what I need to do to correct this.

Open Internet Explorer, select Tools, Internet options, then go to the Programs tab. In the Email slot, put your email program. Cheers,

Go into the control panel and then to Internet options. From there you will find what you need to set up your email system.
