e-mail application source code wanted

I am trying to create a simple e-mail client in Visual Basic.NET. Could anyone supply me with the code for it or let me know where to find it?

I would also be grateful if you could list the necessary properties for the form to run the application in. All contributions would be appreciated. Thank you.
