E-mail and Palm V

I am having trouble getting my Palm V to synchronize with my Outlook 2000 Inbox. My Contacts and Calander are fine, but the messages don't come through.
Any help is greatly appreciated. If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.

I realise it's been a couple of years but did you get any resolution to this problem? I'm having a similar problem with a new manager just joined the organisation.
