Hi
My knowledge of the workings of Goldmine is not great so I'm looking for some general information.
We have users (each with their own contact record) using Goldmine e-mail center, each contact record has their two e-mail address the company uses in the details section.
However some of their address appear in other customer contact records details tab, Should they be there? How could they have got there? the reason I ask this is because there are now unrelated e-mails on customer records history tab and I'm putting 2 and 2 together.
An explanation would be helpful
