Thank you for the responses, but this option sends the entire workbook as an e-mail attachment. I am trying to basically automate the "e-mail" button that is available on the toolbar that will e-mail a single worksheet within an excel workbook, and it will e-mail it as the text of an e-mail, not as an attachment.

I tried both of these solutions, and they work great, but it is not exactly what I am looking for.

This might work. When you are in the sheet, choose File, Send To, and choose Mail Recipient (DO NOT choose Mail Recipient as an Attachment). This is in Office 2000 with Outlook, by the way. This will attach the spreadsheet as text in the e-mail. It will look like you are sending the whole sheet, but the recipient gets the text separated into columns. This is assuming your spreadsheet is not an overly large one. Then you really should send it as an attachment. If you have Office '97, you can do the same thing, but I think you have to choose to send it as Text in the e-mail, I can't quite remember.

Thanks for the help, but I am trying to do this with visual basic from a hyperlink within the workbook.

I don't want to have to do it manually, I want to just click a hyperlink and automatically send the e-mail
