e-mail a report from a data access page?

I have a form for users to fill out. I have included a "Submit" button that enables a Macro to e-mail a report generated from the user input to me. But when I created my data access page...it will not work. Can this be done?

Also, if I create and deploy this database with the developer's addin will it work then?

Thank you for your help.
