e*Gate 4.5.2 and ESRs

Hi People,

I have 4.5.2 gui on windows 2000 and reg/part hosts are on Unix. In my JAVA collab when I try to add method and try to add argument with some other types, Browse button doesn't work and gives me error - Unable to start JVM. I tried 2 ESRs 53117 and 53292 at different time. Bothe ESRs screwd up my GUI and now I can't even open collab editor. It throws me some IOException message error.

My question is does anybody know any standard ESRs which will solve these kind of generic problems without creating any extra problems? As usual SeeBeyond support sucks when you talk about ESRs to them.

Please let me know about that.
