E-dictionary and autolook up !

Hi ,

I want to develop a e-dictionary with VC++ and it has a autolook feature, for example : when I ctrl+click on some text in window screen ( in Microsoft OS ) , the program will detect texts at that click point position, so I could look up for the meaning of the detected text in my dictionary. But I don't know how ... .... !
