i have an arcserve2000 v7.0/build 1086 on a win2k server/lotus notes v4.6. yesterday(tuesday night) i encountered my first crashed from my arcserve backup. there were no error in the [activity log] but i do get the
BIG[(E)Crashed] RED ERROR message in the [JOB STATUS] saying that during the backup the [ENGINE STOPPED].
i've had problem with not getting backup every tuesdays, but this error is new and pathetic.
anyone has this problem? i'm getting tired of arcserve!
please can anyone help me with this problem? [evil]

apply sp4 on arcserve and lotus notes agent and then apply
QO21794.CAZ on the notes agent..
