How can users view and print my reports if they do not have Microsoft Access? How can I provide them a copy that they can read, Adobe? Help!

Check out snapshot in the access help. It will allow you to output a report and a viewer can load the snapshot viewer on their machine for free and can view the snapshot files you share with them.

Users must load the viewer and may get a copy by following this link:
