e-Cards?

How can I create e-Cards using CGI/PERL or ASP?
Anyone know of any sites that give sample codes, or how can I make them myself? I'm a newbie, so be gentle.
My server does not allow CFM, but it does allow CGI/PERL and ASP.

The basic setup of the program will have to accept some form data and email that form data with th E-card data attached. This is a quit large project but I will look up some code for the problem. Do you have the cards made? The easiest way would be to make all the cards in HTML and use them as templates that you read into the program and substitute the users data into the template. Then PIPE all the data to email. I will get cracking on the code this weekend.

That is the general format you will need follow.
