0x32 with T-1 card. 6 trunks configured as E&M ,winkstart,B8ZS,ESF. Customer has DID's. Is there a problem with this configuration. Should I configure some of the trunks as DID or is there another way? I am have some problems with calls going to general delivery instead of the designated phone.

E&M trunks with DID's

Hi rsjonesy,
Your trouble seems like it might be a digit problem. On a T1, DID trunks are the same as one-way E&M trunks in functionality. What digits should the CO be sending and does that match the dial plan for the Norstar stations? Are all the DID numbers giving the same response? If some of them ring thru to the correct stations then I would look for problems pertaing to the ones that don't work and check your programming.
