Good afternoon! Question: We have several sprawling sites that the many buildings there are manned on and off. We have our POTS line(s) installed for E-911. AS yet we don't have a good call back number that we can use for the PSAP to call back on if they need to. What's some solutions being used out there now? Can we use the callback number as 9-XXX-XXXX so it can dial out to another NEC phone system nearby? Can we send it to a Unity mail box giving instructions? Please advise.
Thank you!

I'm not sure what your saying.... You stated that you have 1b lines installed at the remote locations but do not have a valid number to call back in on..... We setup FXO ports registered to call manager via mgcp for just that reason.... Set the line to ring at all or to one ip phone at the remote....

Some people are like slinkies.
Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
