Dysfunctional Print Screen

Frsh install on MIMS on Citrix - when printing, whatever part of the MIMS screen that was covered by the Print Dialog box gets blanked out on the print job. If I move the Print Dialog box before printing, the blanked out area moves with it. Ideas?

I'm pretty sure this was fixed under MSQMUI version 2.02.022 08-MAR-01. Work order mn600.

Why don't you upgrade to the latest MSQMUI 2.02.075 ?

Forgive my unfamiliararity with mims - when I look at the properties for msqmui, I see:

File Version: 2.2.0.15
Description: 3.043mc-3001-2.02.015
Product Version: 4.3
Last Modified: July 26, 2000

So if I'm interpreting correctly, I am indeed running an older, pre-issue-fixed, version. Correct?

Of course, the weird thing is that we're running the same version of msqmui on a Citrix 1.8/NT4TSE box and it prints correctly.

Yes. You are running an old version of MSQMUI.
The problem only happens on Win2000, so that is why your Citrix version is OK, as it is under NT4.

under "known fixes" for MSQMUI or MN600 for a full explanation.
I recommend you contact Mincom for an update of MSQMUI, MSQEXP and MWARE.

That's another interesting inconsistency.
When you do Help About you get

When you right click in Windows explorer on MSQMUI.EXE you get
File version 2.2.0.75
Description el5.2.1.1.0_dst-3001-2.02.075


Is it 2.02.075 or 2.2.0.75? Who knows?
Anyway the latest vesion will fix your problem.
