I have a Windows XP Pro PC with a Static IP behind a Linksys router. I've setup Port Forwarding going to the static IP address of the PC. I also tried setting UPnP to go to the same IP. I can connect on the PC itself using But if I try connecting to this PC using my dyndns.org address or the IP address for the DSL connection for a PC outside of the network, I cannot bring up the webpage (Page cannot be displayed).
I ran netstat and can see 0.0.0.0:80 listening.
I noticed that under Network Connections there was an internet Gateway icon. It showed the connection at 3.2 MBps (odd?!?) and when I clicked on the settings, I noticed the UPnP settings.
I should also mention there used to be a T1 connected to the router, but we downgraded to DSL for cost reasons. We fully reset the router to get rid of the static routes setup in the linksys. The Web page was working fine before the change in connections.
Any ideas? I'm stumped, probably have been looking at this too long.
Thanks.
