We use gp version 9 payroll. We bring in information from a time and attendance system like vacation hours. we have the setting in gp turned off to accrue vacation time. However, it still accrue's the time in gp. Is there another setting or can we not populate this field no matter what?
 
How are you bringing in the info? Through Integration manager or straight in through SQL?

I had to write something to bring vacation/sick straight in through SQL on a nightly basis because the updates needed to happen more often than I was willing to set up with IM.
 
Through I/M.. Sounds like you might be onto something.. I guess by populating you just bypass great plains altogether
